Pamskie Exchange is a decentralized trading platform built to make crypto trading simple, fast, and transparent.

Our goal is to provide users with a seamless trading experience for digital assets — including PAMSKIE (PAM) and Solana (SOL) — directly through their connected wallet.

We are not a traditional financial institution. We do not hold custody of your assets; all transactions occur directly through your wallet and the blockchain.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you:

• Are at least 18 years old,
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and
• Are not restricted or prohibited from using such platforms by your local laws or regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Connecting a Wallet

To access full functionality (such as trading or viewing your portfolio), you must connect a supported wallet (e.g., Phantom, Solflare, Ledger, or Trust Wallet).

When connecting your wallet:

• You retain full control and ownership of your assets at all times.
• Pamskie Exchange does not store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet and ensuring that your connection is secure.

4. Trading and Transactions

Pamskie Exchange enables you to buy, sell, and swap tokens such as PAM and SOL directly from your connected wallet.

When executing trades:

• All transactions are handled via smart contracts and third-party decentralized liquidity providers such as Jupiter Aggregator.
• Prices, liquidity, and execution are based on live blockchain data and may fluctuate.
• Transaction times and outcomes depend on the Solana network performance.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or success of any trade. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed.

5. Token Information

Information such as price, market cap, liquidity, and total supply displayed on the Platform is provided in real-time from public blockchain data and external APIs (e.g., Jupiter).

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant that this information will always be current or error-free. Users should always verify token details before trading.

6. Referral Program

Pamskie Exchange offers a referral system allowing users to invite others and earn PAM tokens.

Key points:

• Each user has a unique referral link to track invited users.
• Referral rewards are subject to platform rules and may change at any time.
• Abuse of the referral system (e.g., fake or duplicate accounts) will result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

7. Portfolio and Analytics

After connecting a wallet, users can view live portfolio data, including token balances and transaction history.

All displayed portfolio values are calculated based on blockchain data and token prices in SOL. Pamskie Exchange does not store or simulate portfolio data — it is fetched directly from the blockchain.

8. No Financial Advice

Pamskie Exchange does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. All content, prices, and analytics on our Platform are provided for informational purposes only.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should conduct your own research before making any investment.

9. Risks

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

• Digital assets are volatile and may lose value.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible and non-refundable.
• Smart contracts and third-party protocols may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.
• Pamskie Exchange is not responsible for network errors, transaction failures, or loss of funds caused by external systems.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of any third-party services. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Pamskie Exchange is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, tokens, or data.
• We are not responsible for blockchain malfunctions, third-party errors, or smart contract issues.

You use the Platform "as is," and all risks associated with your usage rest solely with you.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pamskie Exchange, its affiliates, and team members from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or breach of any law.
